Product Description
The hydraulic puller tensioner machine is suitable to string one or two ropes or bundled conductors on bull-wheels with two pair of bull-wheels with completely independent controls. The bull-wheel grooves are made of wear-proof interchangeable nylon sectors. The stringing hydraulic puller-tensioner machine is completely electronically controlled.
Application:
This stringing hydraulic puller-tensioner is used to string double conductors with max diameter of 48.75mm(max sectional area of 1520mm2) over giant span such as valley,great river,hills and flat area. With bull wheel diameter of 1850mm, this hydraulic wire puller tensioner machine is designed to construct the UHV transmission project.
Technical Features:
The main stander is made by customized rectangular steel tubes which are formed by one take art,to avoid any deformation which cause the mechanical parts.
The bull-wheel grooves are made up of high resistance interchangeable nylon sectors.
Hydraulic power pack to drive 2 drum stands with hydraulic motors.
Apart from as a tensioner, it could be used as puller by its pull back funciton.
Working parameters of the machine,including the length of stringing could be seen directly on digital meter counter.
Single axle chassis with rigid axle for up to 30 km/h.
Automatical Hydraulic oil cooling system.
Hydraulic front plough.
Grounding connection point and temporay anchor point.
Two pair of bull wheels could be connected or disconnected by a special device.
Features:
1. The liner of discharge reel is wear-resistant MC nylon.
2. Stringing tension is continuous and stepless adjustable.

4. The engine is equipped with a preheating device, and the engine manual pump and diesel filter are easy to operate.
5. With hydraulic power output interface, it can be used to connect hydraulic wire shafts.
6. The automatic braking function of pressure loss ensures the safety of operation when the engine suddenly goes out or the system loses pressure due to other reasons.

8. According to customers’ needs, mobile parallel control box can be configured to centralize the control of two or more devices.
